"I liked the work that I was doing with the website for the kids."

"Our kids wants people with lots of energy, and a lot of drive. You have to be able to work independently and believe you can make a difference, because for the kids in the program, you really will be."

"I didn't always receive the support I needed from my supervisor."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest that in the future they work harder to connect with the kids and not just the people giving them money for the programs."
