"The abillity to do my job without micro-managing, and having the trust and respect from top level executives that I will get it done right."

"Be yourself and know that you will work hard, but it is rewarding work."

What don't you like about working at H-E-B?

"Nothing really. They didn't have a position I could move into in Austin when I got married, but they are a great company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Keep the company culture in place and continue to trust the people you hire to do the best job they can."

"There was nothing to like about working at AACSC. I hated going in each day."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"DO NOT TAKE A JOB AT AACSC!!!! No one is allowed to think for themselves, jobs well-done are not rewarded, annual bonus does not exist, working there will kill you."

What don't you like about working at AACSC?

"Everything about working at AACSC was terrible! Just walking through the door made my eye twitch! The atmosphere was horrible, morale was nonexistent, employees were not allowed to make decisions, even small ones!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Employee appreciation, financial accountability, employee empowerment, stop micro-micro managing, get work done rather than gossip on phone."

"Some people along the way were more interested in their retirement than they were about actually serving the people of the United States."

"Keep looking for those that dispute the norm instead of those that just agree."

"Go back to school, and brush-up on your craft. Also take a few classes in organizational management theory."
