What do you like about working at Sprint?

"I enjoy the freedom I have to do my job. I get to work out of my home office the majority of the time. I enjoy my relationship with my manager."

"Being open and honest about your experience. Relationships are key to one's success."

What don't you like about working at Sprint?

"The strain on the network has become a big problem. I am spending more time nowadays dealing with customer issues and trying to save business rather than selling new opportunities."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest they be more open with the real issues being experienced by the network today. We in sales have no idea how the build out is being deployed and have to wait until it happens to learn about it."
