In that time, I've seen them deliver speakers and messages about my personal happiness, send me home when they were worried for employees' safety, provide new chairs for all our desks, upgrade our cafeteria, and give us a market adjustment on our salaries to keep in line with the industry--not based on anything but staying competitive. They are concerned about their employees, they believe their people are their biggest asset--and they prove it time and time again."

"Easy flexible hours. Multiple locations to change scenery. Working on the SoCal coastline had great weather."

"Get everything in writing and previewed by your own attorney."

What don't you like about working at Prudential?

"CEO was hesitant to reprimand and release employees with subpar performance. A lot of political positioning for the size of the company."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get to know your VP's and learn all of their strengths to better define how they can help your organization."
