"Small tech company growing in strength, intentionally not in size, with many intelligent employees. Politics with some employees for various reasons such as seniority making situations more difficult than need be and out of one's control. Overall a good company willing to supply you with any technology tools you may need and is generous in other ways than compensation. It is clear that there are hierarchy of power issues affecting widespread performance, functionality and creating segregation."
