"remember its a small hospital and everyone has worked there for decades. tread carefully in expressing the inevitable comments of what the hell that will come up"

"there is no control over staff who are close to manager, they take 2 hour lunch breaks, show up for work 4 hours late etc and alter their time card to reflect being there the entire time"

"an awareness of the abuses that are being allowed to occur with certain staff"
