"I managed a large staff and account base. I loved the responsibility I had. They relied and I feel good this company had trust in me to take on this role."

"If this company still existed, I would have suggested to be prepared for a challenge as like a start-up there are many avenues that are not perfected yet. But, the company is not at all bad and you can gain a lot of experience."
What don't you like about working at ProTrades Connection?
"There's nothing I don't like, however being that the company was a bit green not in it's industry for so long, there were a lot of areas needing improvement such as the lack of resources to provide training, tools, and information to employees."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would suggest a better mission plan, and evaluate the tools and plan to achieve take better strides to achieve it."

"No, the company is no longer in business."
What don't you like about working at ProTrades Connection?
"That the company is no longer in business. One of the two owners passed away a little over a year ago and was bought out and the new management certainly has a different way of dealing with their employees...needless to say I don't work for them."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"90% of the ProTrades management is already gone (as are the Account Executives) I only wish the true ProTrades management the best."

"Be prepared to be underpaid and also if you are a qualified tradesmen be prepared to take a huge pay cut."
What don't you like about working at ProTrades Connection?
"Over managed, When an account executive is forced to ride with a manager every other day it does not make you as an employee feel secure and does not reflect well to customer."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Take applications everyday not just days. I could not believe how many candidates we sent away because they did not want to let them fill out the application the day the empl.oyee walked in. With that said we often had to get qualified workers from other counties."

"They have already sold the business"
"Difficult commodity (construction workers, primarily low paid)"

"My recruiters worked very hard and did their best to hire as well as possible."
What don't you like about working at ProTrades Connection?
"I had to go to a couple of my customers on site offices to discuss the fight my workers got into, one that left blood on the floor of the office (which would eventually be a store in a strip mall)."
