What do you like about working at Target?

"Flexibility in scheduling, benefits, and the understanding that employees need to balance work and home life. Not saying you can call out every weekend to go partying, but if you need an extra day off here or there they won't sever your head if you ask for it."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"You must be customer-service oriented first and foremost. Ask a lot of questions, and do some research on the company beforehand."

What don't you like about working at Target?

"Opportunities to advance without education are limited. Only those who are team leads or higher can participate in education reimbursement. This is a bummer for me and I believe it would help create long-term employees out of some people."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I've worked through three STL's (store team lead, aka manager) and two ETL's (executive team leads). The older the manager, the more engaged they seem to be with making employees happy and comfortable. The younger, less-experienced ones need to lean on their elders a little bit and learn from them."

What do you like about working at IVerify?

"Our coworkers and health insurance are the only reasons we show up to this place."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Say whatever you want. If you have a heart beat and speak English they will probably hire you."

What don't you like about working at IVerify?

"The company is completely understaffed. The company is advertised as a remote security firm, however it is just a call center. All the members of management will give you a different answer to the same question. If a job in management is posted they will either hire outside of the company or already have someone inside the company picked for the position. You handle signals and calls while getting screamed at by management, literally screamed at, while getting screamed at by the customers. The only clients Iverify has are dollar stores and clothing stores in the middle of the worst ghettos in the United States. If you have a client say thank you or not hang up on you consider it an achievement. If you get a raise within 4 years of working at this place, expect it to be your only raise EVER. New hires WILL be paid more than you after several years, not experienced new hires either, kids out of high school. The management will never be on your side if it is against the client, even if the client is cursing you out and screaming at you for no reason. One member of management constantly threatens to fire people for nothing. People at this company hope to be fired for no reason so they can collect unemployment. And lastly the fleas and dust mites crawling through the nasty moldy old carpet is really making people itch."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Resign, please leave so some down to earth not insane people can come in and manage the good hearted human beings that make up the staff that you treat like peons."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Run. Run far away."

What don't you like about working at IVerify?

"After four years you get a 50 cent raise and an extra weeks paid time off. Other than that you arent ever going to get a raise or promotion. The supervisors who are tasked with editing your work will change your work to the point you dont know who wrote it. After your work has been submitted it will be sent back to you because of the errors your supervisor made. Reports of sexual harrassment which is committed by the supervisors is blantantly ignored by hr."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Pay youre employees a livable wage. Give them an incentive to work hard for you. Quit hiring anyone that has a heartbeat and speaks english."
