"I have been working for ProTechtion IT for almost a year now. The owner is more inclined in keeping the customer happy and rolling over for IT requests that are out of scope. Most work is reactive and getting customers to approve proactive maintenance is impossible. Zero real room for growth, only works here if you are looking for a wide array of help desk experience."
