"Unreasonable demands on time management. It is a franchise company that is run by people in the St. Louis area with no idea what the economy is in Phoenix, AZ. The local management does not have any idea how much time it takes to do projects or the specific steps it takes to sell, order products, project manage, call for shipping, and make cold/warm calls for more memberships."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Do our job before they come up with other ideas on what will help us. Get the complete showroom priced before going to the next step."
