"The freedom to be creative and provide input on what my job and responsibilities should be. Can spread out and get involved in various projects outside your direct group. Ability to work with people from all over the world."

"Ask a lot of questions, talk with your team or peers during the interview process to assess the situation on the ground. Listen to everyone and be able to discern exaggerations as well as some who are too disgruntled and whose views are skewed."

"Lack of management support for employees and lack of direction. No real career track."
