"Ask a lot of questions, talk with your team or peers during the interview process to assess the situation on the ground. Listen to everyone and be able to discern exaggerations as well as some who are too disgruntled and whose views are skewed."

What don't you like about working at Dimension Data?

"Lack of management support for employees and lack of direction. No real career track."
