"Great coworkers, everything else sucks"
What do you like about working at ProLogic?
"I enjoy working with the normal people and the culture our the Savannah, GA office."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Don't do it unless you like being paid poorly, over extended, and unappreciated by upper management who doesn't see a real need to visit the satellite office located 15 hours away from the main office."
What don't you like about working at ProLogic?
"Crazy travel requirements (sometimes with one hours notice), the upper management (who are not technical but running a tech company) the poor compensation and bonuses."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get a clue about engineers. If you aren't one, you'll never understand us and will always have a hard time keeping us around.Resource management is a joke. If you assign three people toa contract for 4500 hours, don't pull one of them off intermittently for a total of 6 months and expect the job to be completed. Hire someone else if you need to or don't take the contract if you don't have resources to cover it.Communicate with offices other than the main office more often. I've seen the GM only 3 or 4 times in 4 years and of those times, 3 of them were when the DM and lead PM had quit. The first time he came down was only a year and a half ago."
