"I enjoyed the environment i.e people I worked with. It was a friendly and fun atmosphere and I enjoyed every morning going into work I felt the leadership team was great as well. They knew all of their employees on a first name basis and tried to make those personal connections. I also enjoyed the fact that the office tried to do community out reach with local organizations."

"I have developed my skill while with the company and I feel my skill set can be better utilized elsewhere, where my capabilities are more recognized and there is the opportunity for better growth."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Need to have tracking of employee history (salary, raises, changes in title, etc).Growth should be based on the employee Skills."

"No pestering as long as you have a project with the client."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Do not expect immigration support. Recruiter says yes during recruitment. According to the CEO they are not in a position to do EB2."

What don't you like about working at ProKarma?

"No immigration support. No salary raise. No benefits. If your project ends be prepared to relocate. Very very few clients."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Increase benefits or profit sharing. Process green card as promised."
