"Nothing at all, in a stable work environment, Mastec could not provide this."
"I enjoy being able to use my knowledge from my time at Hormel in Minnesota to help make important changes in DCB's culture. I do not enjoy the work life balance of the company. You often work until the last day of the week to find out that you are working the next day as well. It makes it extremely difficult to make plans."
"I loved the responsibility, knowing that the final success of such a large-scale project rested on your abilities. Every successful turnaround created a sense of pride I will always carry. Although it was a necessary part of my success at the time, I could have down without the stress and the sleepless nights of obsessively running through blueprints in my head. In recent years I have come to realize this is actually one of my strong points and I have learned to embrace it."

"My team performed above expectations, I only wish more opportunities was given to reward individual performance."

"Talking with clients, working with architects and sub-contractors and the fulfillment of a good job at the end of the project."

"I don't have any dislike about the company. The company is very good to me."

"I just suggest that they lessen the advertisements because of a big overhead expense."

What do you like about working at Oden Construction?
"I enjoyed working with the company I had my first job with when I was 16 years old. This time I wasn't a ditch digger and by being the assistant to the owner he took me under his wing and showed me everything about construction management."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be honest and don't sugar coat things because the owner will see right through it."
What don't you like about working at Oden Construction?
"Being on call for every weekend and holidays wasn't so much hard but it ate up quality time with the family."

"Have more confidence in the people you manage and they will show you that hiring them was no mistake."

"I enjoy the interaction with customers, the travel time is nice. The ability to interact with the customer on a level field with the ability to fully compliment their needs."

"Please be wary, as this company is not big on putting promises on paper. Use proper judgement before accepting an offer. Do your best to get verbal promises on paper as they never come through."
What don't you like about working at Computer Sciences Corp?
"The small minded atmosphere, the inability to take minor risks to benefit the company as a whole. The idea that subordinates are beneath management, as in belittlement."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Realize that although you may be a manager, you are a part of a team, of a whole. Realize respect really does go both ways."
