"The owner. They took advantage of the salaried employees with no compensation."

"due to economic concerns they opted out of two additional condominiums that I was to manage"

"They could sometimes be slow on important decisions impacting the schedule"

"1) no bonus program2) no incentive towards safety3) no accrued time"

"1) Must do more meeting with schedule and budgeting2) building risk/liability meetings"

"they are some what efficient from an administrative standpoint and the corporate headquarters is professional looking."

"Run, they will hire you and sweet talk you then lay you off as soon as they want to save a few short term pennies. Most current employees are not happy there , just ask."
What don't you like about working at Judlau Contracting?
"They do not allow management to make decisions but rely on field craft. They treat their salaried employees terribly. They cheat and lie to their clients and are just an all around terrible company that should be out of business."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Go work for another large contractor in the greater new york area to learn how a real professional company operates."
