"Not given a chance to learn it. No formal training. They assumed I was good because of my resume', but I simply wasn't. You can't program waht you don't understanf"

"The organization and coordination managing disasters leting personnel external to te agency to intervine in the decision making process.."

"I enjoyed the challenge of working with so many departments, especially the IT department. In my position we were required to work with every department in the company. So, my experience is now quit extensive."

"Be persistent in your follow up and show the company you want to work for them. Research the company and get to know them and what they do. Specifically, the services the company offers and where they operate."

"I didn't like the lack of growth opportunities that were available to me."
