"I like Medtronic and how we are helping people live full, productive lives."
What don't you like about working at Medtronic?
"I don't like the 'administrative support' box that I've been put into. Medtronic doesn't like to look outside of the box and take chances on people once they are 'labeled.'"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Innovation isn't just for R&D. Sometimes taking a chance on a person and fostering their career growth beyond the usual path creates more value for shareholders than losing the person to another organization."
