"I have a lot of freedom compared to some people at Ernst and Young, but I still find there to be a lot of red tape and very bureaucratic at times (relative to the demanding pace at which we are expected to complete tasks). I wish that I had more flexibility in my schedule. Frankly, I wish I had read more about lifestyle at the big four before accepting. I mostly did it because everyone at my elite college was and my parents were thrilled (but they are not the ones working long hours and forgoing meaningful relationships outside of work)."
