"The People. Hands down the greatest group of people I've ever had the pleasure of working with"

"Be Honest. This is a tight nit group of people and any sort of dishonesty will become apparent really quick."

What don't you like about working at ShowUhow?

"there is very little to dislike, if I had to pick 1 thing it would be that the company felt split between production and sales (literally up stairs, down stairs)"

"A more open and transparent communication standard is always a plus."

"I enjoyed the atmosphere of the work enviroment. Also, the medical offices I was working with were almost always a joy!"

"Be yourself! Not everyone is able to make it at RDI, but if you are yourself and do make it on board, you know you have something GREAT!"

What don't you like about working at RDI Marketing?

"On occasion, employees could be a little frustrating. Turnover at times almost became a problem, but we resolved it!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Keep on chuggin'! RDI rocks! Although, having more time set aside for 1 on 1 coaching with employees could be beneficial"

"The dynamic nature of the day to day work. The constant change, the students and the intellectual nature of our programs."

"The school is really important, as the schools tend to be their own entities within the university - very silo'd. So - check out your team - will they support change? Will they be great to work with? Moving around can be difficult - depending on the school."

What don't you like about working at University of Southern California?

"While my supervisor is fantastic, the system works against the team and we constantly have to work around things to get anything done. Everything costs an arm and a leg."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Value staff and students more. Give faculty more support staff. Do away with the strict hierarchy of power. More collaboration between departments. Written policies and procedures. Stronger leaders."

"Love how wide spread the city of Chicago can be and how cultures differ between communities. I really enjoy working with my peers as well as my supervisor."

"Keep your head up and keep trying. Once you are in, it's a good start."

"The difficulty of working for city government is advancement. The growth opportunities are out there although very hard to reach from within."

"I love my management team that I work with and would not change a thing about them. I enjoy going to work everyday and feel I have a positive working relationship with the management team."

"I like being able to interact with everyone here, parents and teachers. I like being the person that everyone turns too. However their is no growth, or challenge."

"Good for college students, not for a long- term, full-time position."

What don't you like about working at KinderCare Learning Center?

"Everything at KinderCare is based on ratios. When my boss decides to not come in, I am left to manage the center alone for the day, attending to 20 teachers and 75 children. It is very difficult, and very annoying.I have worked with this company for 3 years, and there is no room for growth, or monetary increases."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be present at the center more often, rather than taking off for frivolous things. I would be open to my employees and they will know exactly what is needed to fulfill their jobs successfully."
