"The proverbial Good Ol' Boy network - not what you know but the Who you know. They don't give a rat's patootie about the employees and are about 30 years behind the rest of the industry"

"The youth movement lost a lot of experience for the company."

"Have your experienced workers mentor the younger workers. Don't discard the value of experience when looking for fresh new ideas. You'll save a lot of mistakes."
