"There was little room for growth within the department so my suggestion would be to view it as a place to stay where you are hired or view it as stepping stone within the UW system."

"The surgeon I worked for had trouble relinquishing control. I had no autonomy and even though my work product was impeccable I never felt confident or respected."

"The department is strong, but the employees would be happier if their was mutual respect between management levels."
