"Profiles is a growing company. The people here are great and fantastic to work with. It has grown larger than a small company. That being said it has some growing pains. It will take time but I have faith in this company. I feel eventually they will not stay with the small company mentality and grow into the leader they are. Until then.. it kinda is hard."
