"The benefits that are provided from day one and the public recognition for accomplishments."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If it's your first job it will be a good experience, but don't expect longevity. It's a pyramid structure with worker bees generating millions of dollars on a weekly basis and seeing little in return. If you have work experience in a corporate job, expect an unstructured environment with heavy pressure to meet numbers while using outdated technology. Expected to meet weekly numbers even if it means working over the weekend. Limited autonomy or ability to deviate from the process without being reprimanded."
What don't you like about working at Insight Global?
"Micromanagement, unwillingness to adapt to changes in the industry, favoritism, low base salary, wasteful spending on elaborate conferences and trips."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Focus on developing and listening to the employees you have instead of hiring new ones. When you do hire, make sure to hire people with experience instead of just a pretty face. Develop a training program and salary/commission structure comparable to your competitors. Realize there's more to an employee than their points."

"The schedule is not the most flexible and the hours aren't either."

"Let pro recruiters do some of the interview, we spend a lot of time with new employees and can see aspects that make people good."
