"In the '80s to early 2000s, it was a great place. Now, with downsizing and being hamstrung by government, it's tough for any pharma company."

"They promote career growth, it's very structured, and there are many resources to get your job done. The training department is excellent."

"Be prepared."

"If you are proud and speak of flexibility - whether it be a situation in work or home, then practice what you preach. If you speak of an open door policy, then make the employee feel it, rather than give a feeling of intimidation among all."

"Have a realistic world of what is happening in the trenches. Step back once in a while and revisit the ground floor to keep balanced."
