"What I loved about being the PTL was I was in control and as long as I was in control things was going to get done. We had daily goals that Corporate needed us to meet, and as long as I was PTL it was very rare that they was not met. Not only was I young but I was a women so I had a lot of people under estimate me from the start when they heard I got the position. But it felt so good accomplishing daily goals on a regular basics when you had men in other departments losing their positions."
