"The compensation"
What don't you like about working at Cabot?
"Only allowed to have two days off per month, when I started there I worked 42 days in a row before my first day off, after that only 2 days off poer month. In interviewing there I had been asked if I didn't mind overtime. Even though there were some nice people, the Union relationship was combative and very dangerous chemicals and materials are intrinsic to the process."
