"Be prepared to be given assignments without proper training, leadership is poor. Be sure to ask how communication is done between departments."

"Lack of leadership, lack of training, communication was poor did not receive the proper tools to do the job. Training on software was not structured and implemented properly."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Strong communication, training on software for each department a must. Good leadership/management skills create ways to better your department and ways to save money."
