What do you like about working at Nintendo?
"What the job entitles and my responsibilities. I take a lot of pride and joy of the video game industry, as it played a heavy influence through my childhood."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"The very nature of the work is last minute due to developers pushing back release dates on projects, so have a back up plan ready for any situation."
What don't you like about working at Nintendo?
"The instability of the job. These were contracts based per project, with no real guarantee you would be kept as part of the team."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Personally for me, I appreciate direct approaches when facing any situation and I think everyone within the department would be happier and better suited for a lay off if management would notify employees of a lack of work with more time."

"Developing and implementing quality improvements in manufacturing operations."

"Was a job shop."
