"To be honest it has been a disappointment, the impression I got on the interview and the company reality have enormous differences"

"Lack of employee empowerment, too many bosses for such a small company, a lot of issues run behind the scenes when it is general information that should be available to the employees"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Open their mind, realize that is a small organization and that employees are their most valuable capital"
