"Bargain for your Package/Salary. Don't take the package they offer, they usually push it below normal, so you would negotiate."

What don't you like about working at BESIX?

"Working hours. We work 6 days a week, 10 hours a day."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Nothing. There is nothing to change about working hours due to pressure of deadlines to meet."

"Good people to work with. A wide variety of work. I worked in both the Webster, WI manufacturing facility and Corporate facility in Vadnais Heights, MN"

"The distance between facilities allowed manufacturing managers to downplay quality focus... just ship it ! Incredibly frustrating for anyone who has pride in their work."
