"I worked my own loans and was able to process FHA packages. I was accepted and respected as self-motivated and productive and left to develop my own strategies for loan origination, client counseling and closing."

"Straight commission. I left American Home Loan to accept a position that paid salary and bonus."

"American Home Loan seems to work quite well without my offering ideas for change."

"Depends on the job functions, some may be more stressful than others. One thing I don't like is the rollover sick days."
