Submit a Review"Processing is okay, but it's feast or famine. It is the end of the process before the equipment gets shipped out. If the department prior to processing is going slow, they work more, we get sent home."

"Was not happy there was glad to move on quickly."

"Run as fast as you can. Do not pass go, do not collect $200."
What don't you like about working at Schmidt Mortgage?
"The president of the company is a nut job. Promises made were not kept. He's a sneaky crazy old psycho. He would watch people around the corner to see if they were working. Can you say creepy Benefits were horrible. If I left a half hour early, I had to use PTO, could not make it up in that week. He said I was hoarding my vacation time"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get rid of your closer that likes to scream at her kids on the phone while at her desk. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL."

"It was a relaxed environment. Work was easy + didnt interfere with social life."
What do you like about working at SSD Systems?
"Job security. Easy job. Knew what the expectations were, and easily met them. Birthday fridays on last day of the month. Sales reps are all nice."

"They'll ask where you see yourself 5+ years from now. They'll also ask why you're looking for a new career. Just smile and answer confidently."
What don't you like about working at SSD Systems?
"No raises. Having to wear dress pants, dress shoes, and dress shirts. It's a business casual environment when wearing jeans should be suffice."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Raises, and get to know your employees. Lots of employees are highly qualified and deserve to be promoted."
