"We are like family. We work together and are willing to change schedules when needed."

"Keep an open mind. Listen carefully to instruction and take lots of notes and ask questions."

What don't you like about working at Morneau Shepell?

"We are always implementing one upgrade and it breaks 5 other implementations. It makes our jobs very difficult."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen to the needs of the call center and processing analysts. We need a universal system to be able to do all of our tasks efficiently."
