"Prepare yourself for a fairly, high-stress environment with no clear chain of command among managers, yet also prepare to have abundant resources to execute your responsibilities and so succeed by mostly your own means/discipline."

What don't you like about working at ProcessBarron?

"The upper management are mainly engineers, who are not open to improvement within current operations, neither have they shown a proficiency for properly communicating their vision through the levels of employment."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Communicate with the employees. Understand what the workers need to better improve turnover and reduce engineering time- and provide relevant INCENTIVES."
