"Do your homework before an interview. You are interviewing with the best in the industry and hoping to join those ranks."

"Aside from the uncertainty of the growth and direction of the particular business within 3M that I am currently working in, I can't say there is anything I don't like about my job here."

"Upper management has been doing some work lately on refocusing goals and business strategies, I would say to continue working on making better decisions regarding business direction and technology to invest in."
