"The people at the location where I worked were good friends and hard workers that I could relate to. The workload was acceptable and the environment was good."
What don't you like about working at Probuild Contracting?
"The opportunity for growth wasnt present and the manner in which the corporate office treated some of the office staff in terms of benefits and compensation as well as workload was not respectible in my opinion. There were many promises made and not kept by corporate management, not supervisors at my location."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"take better care of your employees since they are what makes you succeed or fail."
