"They may hire you immediately, but think twice before you accept the offer."

"Not organise, very little support from people and too little budget to make anything thing happen. No one will do the task, therefore down to you to do it or the boss will come."

"be more predictable on manufacture planning, have more control on people with hierarchy"

"-Not the highest paid employer-great time flexibility-freedom to try new things-if you can multitask, this is a great place to start since they are pretty open to let you try new things."

What don't you like about working at ProbeLogic?

"Management should work more closely with production. Department heads should have the final decision making for priority product or 'hot' products."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To have an incoming inspection for all products. To have a specific guideline regarding procedure or steps to follow for incoming, final product testing, and RMA as well. Sales/document control should work directly with production control manager on a daily basis regarding product development stages and time-line for on-time shipment."
