"Be aware that at any time you may be required to spend an 8-hour day explaining your motives and designs to people who do not understand basic design engineering."

"Working at the company was absolutely very exhausting due to the competition amonst engineers."

"Stop the culture of competitive engineering and hire people with more than a high school degree to work with."
