At the end of a project, it felt great to have worked with the chip designers and software engineers to solve the issues and finally deliver a finished product."

What do you like about working at Oracle?
"Very little. It is a back stabbing culture dominated by intense competition to look good to management."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Just don't interview with Oracle, period. The only exception is if you are a highly motivated individual who enjoys working autonomously and brown-nosing management to get your ideas adopted."
What don't you like about working at Oracle?
"Everything. Teamwork is only a phrase that is used but never practiced. The management style is highly opaque with very little transparency about company direction. Very little trust given to the employment masses."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Trust the people who work for them. Adopt the use of employee surveys. Take seriously the rather high level of attrition. Take more risks to have better products."

"I liked the quality of work and working with my co-workers."

"The work is good and the co-works are great but do not expect management support."

"Management philosophy and how they reacted to customers and employees."

"I would suggest management training and personal skill training also."
