"I worked for Primus Technologies Corp. from Nov. 2010 up until the end of Feb. 2014. I had been placed in multiple roles within the company, from manufacturing engineer to SMT supervisor. My position was recently terminated with Primus but I have been looking for a better job opportunity for some time."

"Don't expect to become a manager. The chain of command is very short."

"The large amount of freedom allows us to slack off."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Have software developers learn attend training meetings for various processes around the plant that can be influenced by in-house software. They'll gain a better understanding on how the company works and what can be done to help the employees do their job more accurately and more quickly."
