"I didn't like anything about working at the company besides my coworkers."

"Every hiring manager uses different questions. Nothing out of the ordinary."

What don't you like about working at PrimeSource Healthcare?

"Unethical across the board. The company cared more about getting money in the door quickly rather than properly, even if they would receive a demand letter at a later date stating the claims never should have been paid in the first place (should have gone through Medicare if patient was on hospice etc.). On the flipside, their system showed hundreds of thousands of dollars of claims as 0-90 days old that clearly were over a year old and weren't going to be collected. Knowingly received multiple payments when only one should have been received, never refunded. The list goes on and on. High turnover for a reason."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management is under a lot of pressure from the CEO, who must have things his way. I suggest they comply and meet his goals, even if it means having departments with high turnover."

"Some of the co-workers were easy to get along with"

"Many mgmt. shows favoritism and lack of respect. Benefits are okay though."

"Unequal opportunity,lack of respect by management for regular employees, discrimination"

"Learn the value of respect, doing to others as you'd have them do to you and know that without the regular employees,the company would fail so they should appreciate them more"
