"I have worked for this company since 2012, started out as an IC and then was forced to become an employee, because of Obama Care, is what we were told, the owner is great, just some of the PM’s in the company lie and rip you off, and the per diem as been the same for like 5 yrs and pay for the last 2 yrs, we have to use our personal vehicles, personal tools, pay for a hotel, fuel, and food out of $700 a week per diem. The owner isn’t the problem, it’s the management that’s the problem with this company. We are on the road all over the US, all year, until the holidays, then we are left at home with no pay for 2-4 months because stores do not want work being done during the holidays. My wife and I are a 2 man crew with no one else to help on any projects"
