"Competitive work environment. The owner is a good guy. A true capitalist and will share in the growth of the company with you."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Prepare to work 65 hours a week on average. 11 hour days. Many weekends. The work doesn't stop when you leave the building."

What don't you like about working at Prime Inc.?

"Company politics. Advancement based off the buddy buddy system and who you know."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Dont just hear employees. listen and take action. Most the time when we we're asked for our opinion we would get grilled as to why that opinion is wrong."

"The pay and seeing new places. Getting to meet different types of people."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Know what you are getting into before you try to get hired. The company is the best as far as trucking companies go, but they look out for their best interests and not the hirees."

What don't you like about working at Prime Inc.?

"Long hours over the road. Inability to be near family. Only get to come home once every two weeks or so."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"As much as I would like to tell them to give their workers more time off, I understand the nature of the work and accept the long hours and hard labor."
