"Company pays me well but not the subcontractors. I've resigned from several companies throughout my career for nonpayment of legitimate change orders. I like the unique projects I've built with them but have ethics and a sense of morals that if I give my word or sign a legitimate change order I no longer wish to be associated with the company even though I like them personally, unethical business practices are not something I;m willing to tolerate any longer."
