"Nice people but don't pay contractors for legitimate Change orders. Reflects badly on my reputation so I'm leaving. Did build The Daytona Marriott Autograph, not the highest value project I've completed by far, but only one on TV a lot."
"Company pays me well but not the subcontractors. I've resigned from several companies throughout my career for nonpayment of legitimate change orders. I like the unique projects I've built with them but have ethics and a sense of morals that if I give my word or sign a legitimate change order I no longer wish to be associated with the company even though I like them personally, unethical business practices are not something I;m willing to tolerate any longer."
