The management here lacks this. What the policy or approach is one day does not mean that will be what we do tomorrow. And when a change is made, properly communicate this to your team. Don’t expect them to read your mind. While I brought 60% to 80% GM the treatment by the owner was not reflective of the fact. In addition, don’t make promises you don’t, won’t, or can’t keep. It is demotivating and demoralizing."

"Don't lead people into thinking they will have a long term permanent position. In my case I left a peppermint job to work what was supposed to be a temporary to hire assignment for pride staff that paid less but was closer to my house and within four months they no longer needed me. I was so disappointed, and to make matters worse none of the managers or staff would return my calls /emails."
