"They have a great support system for the salesmen whom have been there and know everyone"

"These guys are the best at what they do. If you want to work for the best, bring your A game."

"They have a horrible support system for the salesman whom have just started and know no one. You have to scream just to get pre-sales"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Offer support to the people you hire. Hold meeting with pre-sales and salesmen to discuss what projects they are working on."

What do you like about working at Presidio?

"The flexibility to work from home when not a job site. The work was challenging and we had the ability to work on several different projects. My teammates were very strong and able to assist in solving problems/devising the most effective solutions."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be prepared to work on a island with little support from management. Dot your i's and cross your t's because you will be rated based on your performance. Maintain reachability and visibility."

What don't you like about working at Presidio?

"Management's lack of communication with the engineering staff. There was a disconnect between pre-sales/sales, project management and post-sales engineering."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Bridge the gap between departments i.e. pre-sales and post-sales. Listen to your engineers because they are close to the customer and capture valuable information by being onsite."

"I do not have any suggestions for management at this time"

"Although Presidio has grown to be a 2 billion dollar company, it is still managed like a mom and pop shop that offers no career path to any employee."

"I've worked for Presidio for 3 years. It's a great company, good culture, loads of flexibility and lots of top talent. My only complaint is that they offer NO annual raises (even cost of living)."
