"Have a good audition. You have to have a passing knowledge of history- but having energy and enthusiasm will help you get the job."

"Long days, asked to pay our own expenses and wait for a check to pay it. Difficult teachers, difficult kids"

"Decide if we are running our business for the employees or the customers. Decide who is more important. Understand the demands of the job."
