"I have worked at Presence Health since the merger of Provena Health and Resurrection Health Care. It's a high stress environment and the morale is very low. Pre-merger we were striving to retain only the best talent and hoped to be the employer of choice in our region. Post merger that culture has been replaced with more of a bottom line approach with very little regard for work/home life balance and a general lack of concern for staff."
"Presence Home Care is a part of Presence Health. I have worked in a special program there for about 4 years. They have outstanding nurses and social workers providing continuing care right in the patient's home all over the greater (north and west) Chicago Area. They have over 200 employees and are connected fluidly to the wider presence network. There is a strong sense that we are all driving the mission of healing and hope forward."
